EAA Chapter One has a vibrant Young Eagles program where our dedicated volunteers educate and fly 50 to 100 new Young Eagles per month at Flabob Airport in Riverside, CA.  Children learn the basics of flight, take a pre-flight check of an airplane and then it's time to take to the sky and view the Earth from a totally different perspective!

EAA Young Eagles Web site hosts a live Webchat

The EAA Young Eagles Web site hosts a live Webchat the third Wednesday of every month with various aviation celebrities. We are wondering if you would be willing to post information about these web chats on your Chapter's Web site.

Volunteers Needed for Flabob Air Academy

We are looking forward to some special dates when we will be coordinating with the Wathen Foundation's Education Department to fly about 30 Young Eagles as part of their Air Academy.  The Wathen/EAA's Flabob Air Academy promotes aviation education through a four and a half-day program, culminating in an Young Eagles flight.
